Janice
Billing Manager

Janice is our Billing Manager and has been with the practice since 1988.  She is  also the hospital  surgical coordinator and ensures that your medical procedure, such as orthognathic surgery, is meticulously planned to create a smooth transition to your new bite.  An invaluable asset, she organizes the front desk activities and plays an important role in our Cosmetic Surgery Department as a Licensed Esthetician.  She is happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your insurance.  Her competence, warmth and approachable qualities will help you feel like a welcomed member to our practice.

Banesa
Receptionist

Banesa is one of our newest members of Profiles Team, She has a passion of helping others, and caring for their needs. She works in our front office part time assisting with setting up appointments for patients. She is also enrolled in school to pursue a degree in nursing. Outside of work and school Banesa enjoys going to the gym and enjoying the South FL sun.

Jessica, C.S.T.
Certified Surgical Technologist

Jessica is a Certified Surgical Technologist with 11 years of surgical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She is well versed in procedures ranging from breast cancer reconstruction to facelifts and tummy tucks. She has been with the practice for one year. In her spare time she enjoys restoring her antique car with her dad, as well as spending the weekend with her family.

Carolina
Medical Receptionist

Carolina has been working in the medical field for 4 years as medical receptionist and medical assistant. She enjoys the dental field and is looking to pursue a career in oral surgery. In her free time she spends times working on interior designs in homes/businesses, volunteering at animal foundations and spending time with her pets Aubrey, Stormi & Luna.
